Equipment protection:ย It adopts a pulse charging method that is battery-friendly but has high requirements for circuitry. Switching shocks can easily damage electronic components.
Software optimization significantly reduces the requirements for device limit parameters and extends device lifespan.
By using software data statistical analysis of charging trends, hardware faults can be detected in a timely manner and charging can be stopped promptly.
Overvoltage/undervoltage protection:ย Overvoltage (>15V-20V), undervoltage (<10.5V) protection. The machine will not start if the power supply is reversed.
Battery protection:ย Reverse polarity protection with a balance head (please ensure the positive and negative terminals are not reversed when connecting the 1S JST plug battery), and self-discharge protection when powered off.ย It also provides no-load protection in case of accidental plugging or unplugging while charging.
Power Adaptive
Resolving the issue of some power supplies failing to start at their rated power:
When the maximum output of the power supply cannot meet the charging power, the current is automatically reduced to adapt to the maximum output of the power supply.
Smooth power technology effectively solves the problem that some power supplies cannot instantly start at their rated power.
Built-in charging manager

It has 8 charging ports, each supporting up to 6 seconds of battery charging. It also features a built-in assistant that automatically scans all battery charging ports after setting charging parameters, and automatically charges and discharges the batteries at each port in turn or according to the set charging sequence.
It supports simultaneous charging and discharging of 6 1S batteries, 2 3S batteries, 3 2S batteries, 1 2S battery, and 1 4S battery as a group of 6S batteries.
Individual port voltage and current settings
The CB86-PLUS has a total of eight charging and discharging ports. In addition to the ability to simultaneously set the charging voltage, charging current, and discharging voltage on all eight ports,
Each port can also be set with different charging voltage, charging current and discharging voltage, which greatly facilitates the charging and discharging of batteries of different capacities.
Cool charging
The power management uses soft switching technology, which significantly reduces switching losses. Each battery in the charging section is equipped with a highly efficient independent push-pull charging circuit design. There is no need for resistors to consume power during balancing. The machine’s operating current is as low as 135mA, and the charging efficiency is as high as 97%. Whether in standby mode or charging at full power, the machine temperature remains below 35 degrees Celsius.
Battery Doctor
Charging log: Initial voltage, completion voltage, charge/discharge voltage, capacity analysis for each cell in each group, precise internal resistance assessment, and more accurate battery charging voltage.
Fast dynamic batteryย internal resistance displayย : Basic internal resistance is displayed after ten seconds of charging, which can quickly determine the balance and discharge performance of the battery cell.
Battery Repair Functionย :ย Trickle repair function restores over-discharged batteries to strong power and extends battery life.
6A Balance
It adopts a balanced charging design, with six independent power supplies that can charge up to six batteries simultaneously. The charging current is the balanced current, and the 6A balanced current far exceeds the maximum balanced current of 0.5A of current traditional chargers.
Multiple input methods
Supports lithium battery charging packs or DC power input.
It supports DC power supply or adapter with input or output voltage of 10.5-15V and current of not less than 15A for 3S lithium battery packs.

When selecting POWER input power
When the input power supply of the CB86PLUS is selected as POWER mode, a DC power supply or adapter with a voltage of 10.5-15V and a current of not less than 15A can be selected as the input power supply for the CB86PLUS.

Note:ย When selecting the battery pack as the power source for the CB86PLUS, the power connector plug of the CB86PLUS needs to be changed to the corresponding type according to the interface socket type of the battery pack.

Real-time display
It displays the charging status of each battery cell in real time, making charging more worry-free.
